At the European Bully Kennel Club (EBKC), all Pedigree Certificates and official documents are carefully prepared, verified, and sent via Registered Mail (with tracking) at our expense to the address provided by the registrant at the time of application.
Returned Mail Policy
If a Pedigree Certificate or other EBKC-issued document is returned to our office due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- Incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping address provided by the registrant
- Failure to collect the item from the local postal office
- Recipient unavailable at the time of delivery
- Refusal of delivery or unclaimed mail
EBKC will not cover the cost of resending the document.
Mandatory Reshipping via FedEx
In the event that the first delivery attempt fails and the item is returned:
- All reshipments will be made exclusively via FedEx (or equivalent international courier) to ensure secure and timely delivery.
- The registrant must cover the full cost of the FedEx shipment, which will be quoted in advance.
- An administrative handling fee of €25 will also apply to cover repackaging, processing, and internal resources.
- Reshipment will proceed only once both the courier cost and handling fee have been paid in full.
This FedEx reshipping method is mandatory and non-negotiable following any failed initial delivery attempt by Registered Mail.
Responsibility of the Registrant
It is the sole responsibility of the registrant to:
- Provide an accurate and complete shipping address when submitting any application.
- Monitor their delivery tracking information and ensure availability to receive the parcel.
- Follow up with their local postal services before items are returned to sender.
By submitting a registration or document request, the registrant agrees unconditionally to this Returns & Reshipping Policy.
